The Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum is a popular weekly offering featuring twelve rotating food trucks serving a variety of meals, snacks, and desserts every Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. through August 25. The following trucks will be featured: Bowl in the City Chef Bob’s Lobster Trap Ciao Dow
