1. About this service

Tiny Local Adventure is a free neighbourhood discovery guide for communities across Canada and the United States. We aggregate publicly available information — places from OpenStreetMap, real-estate listings from public sources, and local events — and present it alongside editorial guides. By using the site you agree to these Terms.

2. Information is provided “as is”

We work to keep listings accurate and current, but much of the data is sourced from third parties and changes constantly. Hours, prices, availability, and contact details may be wrong or out of date. Always confirm directly with a business before relying on what you read here. We make no warranty that the site is accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.

3. Homes and the agent referral

Tiny Local Adventure is not a real-estate brokerage and does not represent buyers or sellers. The Homes section is informational. If you ask to be connected with an agent, we pass your contact details to a licensed local real-estate professional. Any transaction is solely between you and that professional.

4. Affiliate links

Some outbound links (for example to accommodation or food-ordering services) may be affiliate links, meaning we could earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never changes what we show or how it is ranked.

5. Acceptable use

The “Something wrong?” report tool, tip submissions, and newsletter signup are for genuine use only. Do not submit spam, abusive content, false reports, or automated traffic. To protect the service, IP addresses that submit repeated low-quality or abusive reports are automatically blocked from reporting for a period of time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiny Local Adventure and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including third-party listings, links, or referrals.

7. Changes and contact
