Our approach

Tiny Local Adventure is built to be useful without being nosy. We collect as little as possible, we never sell your data, and you can reach us any time to have it removed.

1. What we collect

• Newsletter signup: your email address, and the neighbourhood/city you signed up from, so we can send the right weekly digest.
• Bug reports: the message you write, the page you were on, your browser type, and your IP address. The IP is used only to prevent spam and abuse of the report tool.
• Server logs: standard request logs (IP, timestamp, page) kept briefly for security and reliability.

2. What we don't do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the site. We do not require an account.

3. The newsletter

If you subscribe, we email you a short weekly local digest. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to be removed. We keep your address only while you are subscribed.

4. Third-party links and data

Place data comes from OpenStreetMap contributors; home listings come from public real-estate sources; maps are served by OpenStreetMap/CARTO. When you click an outbound link (a business website, booking site, or directions), you leave our site and that party's own privacy policy applies.

5. Data retention and your rights

You can ask us to access or delete any personal information we hold about you (your email, or a report you submitted) by emailing hello@tinylocaladventure.com. We will action reasonable requests promptly.

6. Children

The site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
