All events are held rain or shine; all sales are final with no refunds. This Fan Festival hospitality experience does not include admission to a FIFA World Cup match. Hospitality tents are general admission; seating is first-come, first-served. All guests must have a valid hospitality ticket. All guests aged 2 and older must have a ticket. Guests must exit at the end of their assigned session. Re-entry is permitted with proper credentials. Cabana seating is reserved; a valid ticket is required. Bags larger than 12 inch x 12 inch x 6 inch are not permitted; all bags are screened. All guests are subject to security screening and prohibited items policies. Guests must be 21+ with valid ID to purchase alcohol; no outside food or beverage. ADA accommodation is available; inquire on-site.
